1) Imagine that you were writing the pattern, working bottom up, for the sections shown by d1 on the Body and g on the Sleeve. What would the shaping pattern be? There’s no need to write out formally in numbered rows, just indicate the starting stitch count, the number of sts increased/decreased over how many rows, and the ending stitch count.
2) Using the tension of 11.5 sts and 13 rows to 10cm, convert these stitch and row counts into measurements. What observations do you make about the relationship between the depth of the armhole shaping and the height of the sleeve cap with reference to what you know about a well-proportioned set-in sleeve?
